Technical Support Helpdesk for ETAS Products
Customers with a service agreement can email our technical support helpdesk for assistance with most* ETAS products. When contacting the helpdesk, please provide a description of the problem as well as a list of the software versions and hardware being used. Please also include your software license number.

Hardware Returns / Repairs
For returns and repairs or calibration of ETAS hardware, please contact sales.us@etas.com. Please include the hardware name, serial number and a brief description for the reason for return. You must be issued a return authorization number prior to sending the hardware to ETAS.
Support for Bosch Motronic Tools (A2LClip, DSM17, Knock Control Tools [KD-QAT, KS-FAT, KS-QAT], LaPl, MapFit, TSiM)
For technical support of the Motronic Tools, please contact motronictools@de.bosch.com.
Please do not send any diagnostics equipment to the ETAS address in Plymouth, Michigan.
