This training course is aimed at new users of PT-LABCAR and LABCAR-OPERATOR (LCO) software.
Objectives
The participant will be trained to independently carry out configurations and manual tests with LABCAR.
Contents
You will learn about HIL systems in general and get an introduction to PT-LABCAR.
- Introduction to hardware-in-the-loop testing.
- Introduction to PT-LABCAR system.
You will learn configure LABCAR hardware, sensors, and actuators in LCO.
- Configuring LABCAR hardware.
- Configuration of sensors and actuators.
You will learn about real-time simulation and interfacing external hardware with the simulation model in LCO.
- Creating Simulink models for real-time simulation.
- Connecting real-time Simulink models to external hardware.
You will learn to create and run manual test in LCO.
- Creating LCO experiments.
- Recording, analyzing, and replaying data in LCO.
- Creation of graphical user interfaces.
- Scripting of experiments.
- Creating CAN IO and monitoring the CAN bus.
- Integration of the ECU calibration tool INCA.
Requirements:
