ES6xx measurement modules

Decentral scalable measurement system for in-vehicle use cases

The image shows an overview of all ES6xx measurement modules set up as a cluster.

The ES6xx measurement modules are used to acquire temperature and voltage signals and can be operated as standalones or in any combination. A cluster of up to six modules can be connected to one ES600 network module. You can combine and synchronize up to six of these clusters with a seventh ES600 network module, which also acts as power supply. The modules are easily configured with INCA.

Your benefits

Reliable measurements

Accurate values and time stamps that do not drift and are synchronized with each other.

Flexible use

Decentralized topology for simply grouping the modules into separate clusters within the vehicle.

High volume transfer

The set-ups allow very high data-transfer rates via Ethernet interface.

ES6xx product portfolio

The ES600 network module is the heart of the system. Up to six ETAS compact hardware modules can be connected to it. The ES610 measures analog voltages via 16 channels that are electrically isolated from each other and from the supply voltage to achieve a consistently high common-mode rejection. The ES620 captures signals from temperature sensors via 16 channels that are electrically isolated from each other and from the supply voltage to achieve a consistently high common-mode rejection. The ES630/ES635 (single-channel) and ES631/ES636 (dual-channel) lambda modules support Bosch’s broadband oxygen sensors. The ES650 measures temperatures and analog input voltages each with eight channels.
