High signal quality and robustness for all vehicle applications

ETAS provides cables for connecting devices, power supplies, PCs, sensors, and as multi-purpose variants with various functions and time synchronization. The cables are available in different types (for instance Ethernet, CAN, LIN, USB, power) and with different connectors (power supply, Ethernet connection, sensor connection). They can be ordered either together with a product or independently.

For an improved overview, the respective cable and connector types are printed on the side of the cables and include information about which hardware modules they can connect. We indicate the following information in our cable names:

• Purpose (Ethernet-PC-connector, FlexRay-interface cable, etc.)
• Connector type (Lemo, DSUB, etc.)
• Number and type of pins in parentheses (mc = male connector, fc = female connector, c = open end)
• Cable length (for example 2 m = 2 meters, 1m5 = 1.5 meters)
